Balcony or patio available in some units and Juliet balcony in other units

No smoking 

Pet policy:  only cats or dogs are allowed. Dogs must be medium breed or smaller as defined by the American Kennel Club. Maximum of one dog per unit and two pets per unit maximum (e.g. two cats or one dog and one cat). All pets must be approved in advance by the landlord. Tenants must sign a pet agreement and pay a pet deposit of $250.
