ACCESSIBILITY CHECKLIST

All housing providers within the Lower Mainland with accessible housing are welcome to participate in the Right Fit. By getting involved, you will be opening up opportunities for those in need of accessible housing.

Do you have a unit that you want to see filled by the right applicant, one who will benefit from the unit and be a great addition to your community? Reach out to us today and our Accessible Housing Coordinator will schedule a time with you to complete a checklist that will determine the features your unit has to offer.

The Standardized Accessibility Checklist is a tool that allows us to assess the wheelchair accessibility of living units. All wheelchairs are different as are all accessible units. The accessibility checklist helps us to gain deep knowledge of the accessible unit, including height of counters, roll in showers, turning circle area for chairs, and more.

This is a free service the Right Fit offers to all housing providers.
